2.5 room apartment “Casa Pluschein” in a prime location in Flims

Welcome to Casa Pluschein!

Our beautiful, renovated apartment has been lovingly furnished and equipped with modern amenities. It is in a prime location in Flims Waldhaus. Everything is within easy walking distance:

- 5 minutes' walk to the mountain railways (350 m)

- Public transport and local bus (200 m)

- Shops and pharmacy (250 m)

- Access to Lake Cauma (900 m)

- Various restaurants and leisure activities

The kitchen with bar counter is inviting and well equipped:

- Induction stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven, kettle, etc.

- Coffee machine with coffee capsules and tea

- Raclette and cheese fondue set

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults plus a baby:

- In the living room, both sofa chairs can be converted into comfortable single beds (80 x 190 cm). The sofa beds are additionally equipped with a foam mattress, but for comfort reasons are intended for persons weighing up to 85 kg/180 cm.

- A baby cot can be provided in the bedroom free of charge on request.

Soft terry towels and bed linen are included.

A parking space for a medium-sized car and a guest card (free local bus / many discounts) are included.

Dogs (max. 2) are welcome and free of charge. For hygienic reasons, dogs are not allowed on the sofa or beds.

The ski and laundry room is right next to the apartment for shared use. Bicycles can be stored.

Upon request and availability, we can offer an exclusive dog walking service for guests. Last-minute requests are possible; if the dog walking service is relevant to your booking, please inquire before booking.

The apartment is not used by the owners—a feel-good experience is guaranteed!

🚧👷From spring until around November 2026, construction work will be carried out on the neighboring property on the north side, and there may be construction noise on weekdays. The apartment is on the side of the building facing away from the construction site. None of the apartment's new triple-glazed windows face the construction site. Although the apartment is not directly affected, we have reduced the prices.
